Executive Director is
responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shelter including supervising
staff, monitoring operating cost and implementing services offered to residents. The
Director assists with larger goals by participating in fundraising, grant writing and
public speaking to further the mission of Jesse's House.

The Volunteer and Activity
Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and maintaining volunteers by public speaking
and regular volunteer contact. Activity coordinating consists of maintaining a regular
activity schedule to meet the physical, mental and spiritual needs of all residents.

responsible for overseeing clinical programs, monitoring case management services,

for intake and coordination of resident care, advocating for residents and implementing
