Karen carroll – executive director
Karen has worked in the non-profit community in Forsyth county for 15 years; first as Executive Director at Hope House, a mental health group home and most recently as the Program Manager at Mentor Me North Georgia. She has a passion for children and is committed to seeing our youth succeed. Karen was raised in Forsyth County and has lived here a majority of her life. She graduated from The University of Georgia with a degree in psychology and is a registered Mediator. In her free time she enjoys traveling, UGA football, and spending time with her family and two children.

TONYA BUDKE - HUMAN SERVICES PROFESSIONAL
Tonya Budke is a Human Services Professional at Jesse’s House. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Georgia. Working with youth in foster care is her passion. She began working at Jesse’s House as a direct care specialist and was promoted to her position as an HSP. Tonya's goal is to provide each and every resident who comes to Jesse’s House with the support needed to navigate through a challenging time in their lives. She also works to teach each youth in her care to have a healthy perception of themselves and to develop the independent living skills needed as they transition to adulthood.
Shelly Gates - House Manager
